Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
NetronFlow ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit netronflow.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at team@netronflow.com.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you contact us, book a strategy call, or submit our website form, we may collect your name, email address, company, country, requested service, budget range, timeline, message, and any additional information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Our server may process standard security and request-log data such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, referring page, and requested page. Contact submissions also record source page and available UTM campaign parameters so we can understand how an enquiry reached us.
Information from third-party services
If you book through Google Calendar, Google may share the contact and meeting details you submit. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may process page-view and conversion-event data under Google's terms. We do not purchase or rent contact lists.
2. How We Use Your Information
To respond to your enquiries
We use your contact details to respond to messages, schedule calls, and follow up on proposals or project discussions.
To deliver our services
For clients who engage NetronFlow for automation services, we use project-related information to design, build, and operate the agreed systems. We treat all client data and business information as strictly confidential.
To improve our website and services
When you consent, analytics events help us understand which content, calls to action, and enquiry paths are useful. If an enquiry later becomes qualified, we may send a non-PII qualified-lead event containing attribution categories but not your name, email, message, or company. Analytics is not loaded before consent and is not configured for advertising on this site.
We do not sell your data
NetronFlow does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. Ever.
3. Data Sharing
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, scheduling, email delivery, analytics (with consent), project operations, and customer relationship management where configured. They process information under their own terms and applicable contractual obligations.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of NetronFlow or others.
4. Cookies
What we use
The site stores an essential preference recording whether you accepted or declined analytics. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is loaded only after acceptance. No advertising or retargeting tags are configured by the website.
Your choices
You can accept or decline analytics in the on-site preference notice and can clear the saved choice through your browser storage settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business records, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry data from non-clients is typically retained for no longer than 24 months. Client project data is retained as agreed in the service agreement.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@netronflow.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we take data security seriously and continuously review our practices.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal information, please contact us at team@netronflow.com. We aim to respond to all privacy-related enquiries within 5 business days.
